Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut

Our Prosecco Superiore Brut is a Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG sparkling wine with a genuine flavour
and original character that gives drops of goodness with every sip.

Prosecco Superiore Brut

The minerality of our Sommariva Prosecco Superiore Brut adds to the quality of its flavour and fragrance, and elegantly enhances all your choices of accompaniment. The bright straw colour is an identifying characteristic of the wines produced in the eastern hills of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG region. Rippled by the finest of bubbles, it heralds the fullness of its body in the mouth. The pungent mineral note that dampens the citrus scent of grapefruit and lime, the acacia and linden flowers and the fragrance of bread crust is a characteristic feature of the iron and mineral-rich soil in which we grow our Glera. With its full, balanced flavour in harmony with the hint of mineral, Prosecco Superiore Brut is a versatile companion for raw and cooked dishes based on fish and vegetables, risotto with porcini mushrooms, white meats or classic Italian appetizers.

Be entranced by its versatile minerality

Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive di San Michele Extra Dry

The Rive di San Michele is a Prosecco Superiore DOCG that tickles the palate with a taste
exclusive to its only vineyard in the heart of Conegliano Valdobbiadene

Rive di San Michele Extra Dry

The essence of the Cru Rive di San Michele is the silky sophistication of its nuanced flavour, the inimitable product of the environmental conditions of the Riva on which the Glera vines grow. Meticulous processing of the grapes gives this Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry a very fine perlage and a bright straw yellow colour. The hill climate enriches it with the sweet, intense aromas of acacia and linden, jasmine and honeysuckle, accompanied by the crisp notes of rennet apple, pineapple and pear. Gentle brushstrokes of aromatic herbs and the inevitable mineral note that identifies the wines of Sommariva Palazzo Rosso. Its full body, balanced between freshness and flavour is the product of the poor, shallow mudstone soil. The result is a Prosecco Superiore Rive di San Michele DOCG with a strong and intense flavour with a silky, aromatic persistence ending on almost buttery notes. We recommend pairing its superior quality with medium-aged cured meats, fresh goat cheeses, first courses based on white meats and shellfish, fried and grilled seafood.

Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry

Prosecco Superiore Dry is a soft, seductive wine that takes you on a journey
through the flavours of the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene

Prosecco Superiore Dry

The contrast of flavours and fragrances of our Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry evokes a soft balance of emotions – sensations that soar and descend and that find harmony in its soft and enveloping structure, the same sensations that accompany you among the landscapes of the contrasting beauty of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills. The bright straw yellow colour brings with it inviting aromas of ripe peach and pineapple, apricot and papaya fruits thickening with hints of sweet orange and elderberry flowers standing out against a background of biting flint and hay. The duel between sweetness and freshness results in a full, soft, rounded drink, graceful with a soft, velvety perlage. The finish of glazed almond suggests the combination of Prosecco Superiore Dry with savoury dishes of seafood and shellfish or, more traditionally, with small shortcrust pastries or puff pastry and leavened desserts.

Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive di Collalbrigo Costa Extra Brut

Rive di Collalbrigo Costa Extra Brut is the Prosecco Superiore DOCG for those who live in the exclusivity
of the moment… in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene style

Rive di Collalbrigo Costa Extra Brut

This Cru Extra Brut is the interpretation that Sommariva gives to the modern culture of consumption, a Prosecco Superiore DOCG that gives a nod to the pleasure of conviviality without abandoning its ties to the micro-zone of Riva di Collalbrigo Costa. The delicate straw yellow hue faithfully portrays the climatic course of the vintage, through the ripening of the grapes until the harvest. The precise, clean, intense aromas defined within the boundaries of its production area; the scent of citrus lime, grapefruit and bergamot, stimulating balsamic essences with a fragrant hint of bread crust revolve around fresh, fruity notes of pear and apple to give a clear reading of the unmistakable Riva di Collalbrigo Costa microclimate. The slope of the South East facing hill, the altitude that regulates the temperatures' highs and lows, the clay soil that nourishes the grapes, the careful processing of the wine, all combine to create the gustatory and aromatic complexity of our Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut. Each small sip invites you to give a different name to the sensations that envelop the palate. The elegance of the taste and aroma is enhanced by the excitement of the fine bubbles that explode in the mouth. The exceptional fullness of the structure of the carefully selected base wine is enhanced by allowing it to remain longer on the lees. The material consistency of the taste in which the softness fades in favour of flavour and freshness, the languid pleasure of gustatory persistence is lengthened by the absence of sugars. A quick sip demands to be combined with traditional Italian cuisine of fish, creamed salt cod, first courses based on sea urchins and oysters, but also with more succulent dishes such as duck ragout, cured tongue or goose paté. Also the exclusive and modern combination with exotic dishes based on fruit and spices creating an unusual and pleasant contrast with the aromas of the Rive di Collalbrigo Costa Extra Brut and its dry taste.

A contemporary exclusivity for those who want a stimulating taste experience
